1| Project Scoping
This stage includes research, strategy development, and the creation of a detailed project plan.
We will invite you to a virtual meeting to discuss your project in detail.
To help us better understand your needs, please provide as much information as possible about your project and objectives. It’s perfectly fine if the idea is still in the early stages.
2| Design & Protyping
At this crucial stage, we begin building the database by defining the variables and instruments for data collection and analysis.
Our designer works on the project prototype, either offline for thorough refinement or directly on your REDCap platform for real-time collaboration with your team, ensuring it meets project requirements.
At this stage, test data can be entered. Never enter real patient data until we have completed and exited from the project.
In this stage, we will configure the data flow according to your project's methods and processes.
This includes using events for longitudinal and cohort studies, as well as repeat instruments. We will also utilise advanced REDCap functions, including action tags, smart variables, calculated fields, advanced logic, and automation.
This is the most demanding phase, and its complexity can vary from one project to another. By the end of this step, your project will be ready to go live.
3| Configuration of Dataflow
HOW IT WORKS?
No payment required.
Payment upon satisfactory fulfilment.
Payment upon satisfactory fulfillment.
4| Testing & Refinement
To ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the constructed database, we will assist you in conducting thorough testing in alignment with the established protocol and the Requirements Specification Document (RSD).
This process will involve executing detailed test cases that encompass all critical functionalities and performance metrics of the database.
5| Deployment & Launch
Securely migrate your finalised project from testing to live production. Includes final checks, environment configuration, functionality verification, and brief launch support (1-2 weeks).
Deliverables: deployed production database + final documentation. Client confirms environment details.
To provide post-launch support for bug fixes, minor adjustments, or answering technical questions.
Deliverables: Defined response times, handling of support tickets, minor change implementation.
Payment Model: Often a monthly retainer or fixed price per discrete support request/minor change.
6| Maintenance (Optional)
No payment required.
As agreed. Payment may not be required.
Payment upon completion of this phase.
